Order Processing All orders are processed within one to four business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped, with your order number and tracking number. All orders ship via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Expect potential delays due to postal service problems that are out of our control.
*Orders including body butter will only be shipped Monday-Wednesday. This ensures your body butter will not be left in hot delivery vehicles or depot buildings for extended periods, and lessens the possibility of your body butter softening or melting in transit. How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping Rates We use USPS shipping inside the contiguous United States. For orders from outside the contiguous United States, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before ordering. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Love Logic LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Local Pick-Up policy Local pickup is available for $3 per order. The location for pickup is Target at the Legends Shopping Center, 10900 Stadium Pkwy, Kansas City, KS 66111. If you select local pickup during checkout, you will be contacted to arrange a pickup date and time. All communications for local pickup will be conducted via email and text. Social distancing and Covid-safe measures must be followed by both parties.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Items that have been opened and/or used are not returnable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the unused item. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
